Over the next 3 to 4 months you will work with a nurse coach dedicated to YOU and your specific health care goals. This coaching program includes:
- 10 nurse coaching sessions (60 min)
- An online resource library
- Access to a collection of recipes designed to support your health and healing
- Access to your nurse coach in between sessions for 'just in time' coaching
Areas explored will be personalized to you and may include nutrition, hormonal health, stress, sleep, exercise/movement, environmental health and/or emotional well-being. It's time to invest in your health!
